Garlic Parmesan Sheet Pan Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets (or 12 oz bag florets)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Β½ tsp smoked paprika
- Β½ tsp black pepper
- Β½ tsp kosher salt
- 2β3 tbsp shredded parmesan (finish only)
- Optional: squeeze of lemon right before serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425Β°F.
- Line a sheet pan with foil. Spread florets in a single layer β donβt crowd. Use two pans if needed; crowding steams instead of roasts.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle all spices over the top. Toss directly on the pan.
- Roast at 425Β°F for 20β22 minutes, flipping once at the 12-minute mark.
- Pull when edges are dark brown and slightly crispy β thatβs the target.
- Add parmesan in the last 2 minutes of roasting, or toss on right after pulling from the oven.
- Finish with a squeeze of lemon if using.
