Ingredients

  • 1 lb large frozen shrimp, thawed, peeled, deveined, tails off
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Β½ tsp garlic powder
  • Β½ tsp paprika
  • ΒΌ tsp cumin
  • ΒΌ tsp black pepper
  • ΒΌ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Thaw shrimp overnight in fridge or under cold running water. Pat completely dry.
  • Toss with olive oil and all spices until evenly coated.
  • Spread in a single layer in the basket β€” do not pile.
  • Air fry at 400Β°F for 8–10 minutes. Shake basket at the 5-minute mark.
  • Done when pink, curled, edges slightly crisp. Do not overcook β€” they toughen fast. Meal Prep Notes
  • Store up to 3 days . Shrimp lose texture faster than other proteins.
  • Reheat at 375Β°F for 4–5 minutes only . Overcooking on reheat is the main failure point.
