Ingredients
- 1 lb large frozen shrimp, thawed, peeled, deveined, tails off
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Β½ tsp garlic powder
- Β½ tsp paprika
- ΒΌ tsp cumin
- ΒΌ tsp black pepper
- ΒΌ tsp salt
Instructions
- Thaw shrimp overnight in fridge or under cold running water. Pat completely dry.
- Toss with olive oil and all spices until evenly coated.
- Spread in a single layer in the basket β do not pile.
- Air fry at 400Β°F for 8β10 minutes. Shake basket at the 5-minute mark.
- Done when pink, curled, edges slightly crisp. Do not overcook β they toughen fast. Meal Prep Notes
- Store up to 3 days . Shrimp lose texture faster than other proteins.
- Reheat at 375Β°F for 4β5 minutes only . Overcooking on reheat is the main failure point.
- Maximum 2x per week β gout.
- Do not use pre-seasoned or breaded frozen shrimp.
