Ingredients
- 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (approx. 3โ3.5 lbs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ยฝ tsp cumin
- ยฝ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Pat chicken thighs completely dry with paper towels โ this is the key to crispy texture.
- In a large bowl, toss thighs with olive oil, then coat evenly with all spices.
- Preheat Ninja Crispi to 380ยฐF for 3 minutes.
- Place 4 thighs in a single layer in the basket. Do not stack. Air fry at 380ยฐF for 18โ22 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Repeat for the second batch of 4.
- Internal temp should reach 165ยฐF. Rest 3 minutes before storing. Meal Prep Notes
- Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days .
- Reheat in Ninja Crispi at 375ยฐF for 5โ8 minutes , shaking halfway.
