Ingredients

  • 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs (approx. 3โ€“3.5 lbs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ยฝ tsp cumin
  • ยฝ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  • Pat chicken thighs completely dry with paper towels โ€” this is the key to crispy texture.
  • In a large bowl, toss thighs with olive oil, then coat evenly with all spices.
  • Preheat Ninja Crispi to 380ยฐF for 3 minutes.
  • Place 4 thighs in a single layer in the basket. Do not stack. Air fry at 380ยฐF for 18โ€“22 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Repeat for the second batch of 4.
  • Internal temp should reach 165ยฐF. Rest 3 minutes before storing. Meal Prep Notes
